Meg RESSNER
As President of Meg Ressner & Associates, Meg works with organizations to set strategies and enhance organizational performance. From Human Resources, Sales, and Customer Service, to Supply Chain Operations, she has a proven track record helping both for-profit and nonprofit organizations achieve and exceed their objectives. Prior to founding her consulting firm, Meg had senior-level positions at Owens Corning in sales, marketing, supply chain, and human resources. She earned her undergraduate degree in marketing from the University of Rhode Island in 1981.
She and her husband Dick enjoy golf, travel, and time with family, including 9 nieces and nephews and a new generation of 9 great nieces and nephews. Meg and Dick are long-time Inverness Club members. Committed to growing the game of golf, she has served on the golf committee, the caddie committee, and as co-chair of Inverness Women's Golf. We are proud of Inverness' rich history and commitment to our youth-based caddie program, an integral part of the club's identity for many years. Inverness Club is committed to maintaining and preserving this tradition, as it recognizes the value of teaching the younger generation about the values of hard work, dedication, and the sport of golf. Recently Meg served as the Co-Chair for the 2021 Solheim Cup.
Making a difference in the community is important to Meg. She previously served on the Owens Corning Foundation, the Board of David’s House Compassion, the Arts Commission Board, as Chair of the Women’s Initiative of the United Way, President of the ProMedica Metro Foundation Board, and Chair of the Avenues for Autism Board. In addition to CBI, she recently joined the Greater Toledo Community Foundation Board and will serve on the Development and Equity and Access Committees.
